How is WQS packaged when shipped?
All furniture delivered is professionally packaged to minimize the risk of any damage in transit. Every package has shipping mark with item name,color,packing size,weight etc.
What are your payment terms?
30% deposit for standard products,50% deposit for custom products.The balance will be paid before shipment by T/T,L/C,Alipay,Cash available.
What are your price terms?
Our price terms are EXW or FOB shenzhen.If you don't have the shipping agent overseas,we can recommend reliable shipping agent to you.
What is your delivery time?
After receiving the deposit,we can finish the order within 20days.For custom order, it will take 35days.Each process we will keep you post by photo and video.
